Canllaw
demonstrates its effectiveness regularly by providing monthly
statistics on the work carried out as well as presenting a progress
report to a monthly meeting of partner agencies' managers.
Canllaw
also provides an annual evaluation report based on the statistics
collected by the service. These reports are available to download
as PDF documents by choosing one of the reports on the menu to the left of your screen.
Also,
on the same menu is the project initiation document for Canllaw and
also the Business Case submitted in 2005 for Canllaw.
2002,
2003 & 2004 reports were written by Sandra Morgan, Therapies
Manager for Carmarthenshire NHS Trust. 2005, 2006, 2007 &
2008 reports were written by Dylan Owen, Canllaw Coordinator.
