How do I receive a service from Canllaw?
If
you are eligible for services from Canllaw you should arrange for a
professional within either the NHS or Social Services to refer you to
us. Canllaw does not accept referrals direct from the
public. The professional should make sure that you are eligible
and either telephone us or send us a UAP enquiry form.
